Dear Members,

I am excited to introduce the kit costs with a discount offer available! Designed to provide you with the complete club kit at a cheaper price while ensuring all members represent Welford Bowls Club with pride!

For members playing this coming outdoor season and any members playing on the indoor through the spring and summer that want the kit items. Below are the options available for purchasing the kit.

To begin with, I’d like to ask as many members as possible to order via me by emailing your request to j.shelton@welfordbowlsclub.co.uk There is a process to follow, to help manage money going into Welford’s account. The best way is to initially gather as many orders as possible and go from there.

• BACS (bank transfer) - preferred option of payment. An Individual Reference Number will be given to members once they have emailed me their request. (e.g. kit items and quantity required) Have this number with you when collecting your kit.

• Card/Cash payments - Assigned people to receive payments and delegate kit items.

  We’ve arranged specific dates and times over the next week when you can come down to the club to:

  • Make card or cash payments for your kit

  • Try on kit items before purchasing

  • Collect your items (if you have your Individual Reference Number)

  SATURDAY 3RD MAY 12:00-14:00 & 17:00-20:00

  SUNDAY 4TH MAY 11:00-13:00

  MONDAY 5TH MAY 9:00-11:00

  TUESDAY 6TH MAY 9:00-16:00

  THURSDAY 8TH MAY 9:00-16:00

  FRIDAY 9TH MAY 9:00-16:00

I appreciate the kit has taken slightly longer to get here, with the season albeit started but it was a big order, and we want to ensure minimal issues occur. Thank you in advance for your co-operation. It won’t be long now before we are all looking the “bee’s knees” on the green!
