Welford Bowls Club is a friendly club, catering to all levels of bowling ability, with excellent facilities including six outdoor rinks.
Function Room
The Club has a large function room with a seating capacity of up to 80 guests and a large car park.
The facilities can be hired by members and non-members for an event - whether a family party, charity event, a quiz night, disco or perhaps a meeting. The room can also be set up as a skittle alley for a fun social event.

Exciting Launch for New Junior Section
Our newly launched Junior Section got off to a fantastic start this week, with 12 enthusiastic young participants attending the first session. The group was split into two age categories—older and younger children—to ensure everyone received age-appropriate guidance and activities.
The younger group enjoyed a variety of fun games and worked towards simple targets, helping them develop basic skills in a playful and engaging way. Meanwhile, the older children focused on more structured activities, giving them a great platform to build confidence and progress.
It was a brilliant start to what promises to be a thriving Junior Section. We’re excited to see how our young players grow and develop over the coming weeks!
